Cynthia David

Cynthia David is an attorney at the Firm's Orlando Office and in this role assists in the Timeshare Foreclosure Department. Cynthia received her Bachelor of Arts in English, cum laude, through the honors program from Seton Hall University in 2007 and her J.D. from Florida A&M University College of Law in 2011. During law school, Cynthia participated on the Moot Court team and served as Vice Justice of Phi Alpha Delta, Law Fraternity International. While attending law school, Cynthia was chosen from many students throughout the nation to participate in the ROSA Land Project, a nonprofit program based out of Chicago, IL. Cynthia also served as a legal clerk for various law firms and participated in her College of Law's Guardian Ad Litem clinic where she actively advocated for the best interest of several children and families in the Orlando area.

Cynthia is a member of the Florida Bar and the Middle District of Florida. She gained experience as a litigator and general counsel at a small boutique law firm specializing in community association law.

Cynthia is also a member of the Virgil Hawkins Florida Chapter National Bar Association and served on the Executive Board form 2015-2017 as its Secretary.
