Daniel C. Wolters

Daniel Wolters is an attorney in the Cleveland office specializing in bankruptcy matters. Since 2003, Dan has represented a variety of creditors in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases throughout the state of Ohio. He also has experience in representing national banking associations in various state court proceedings, including foreclosures and receiverships. Dan is licensed to practice in the Northern and Southern Districts of both Ohio and Indiana, as well the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
