Jacqueline M. Wirtz

Jacqueline Wirtz is a member of the firm's Columbus office, and represents financial institutions throughout the state handling all phases of foreclosure actions including evictions. Jacqueline regularly participates in mediations and helps to facilitate mutually beneficial settlements in her cases. Her previous legal experience includes complex litigation, contracts, criminal defense, personal injury, and collections. Additionally, Jacqueline completed externships for a federal district court magistrate, a Franklin County Municipal Court judge, and for the Litigation Clinic at Capital University Law School.
