Melissa J. Whalen

Melissa Whalen is the managing attorney for Kentucky and in this role effectively manages a caseload and individal attorneys. MDK's managing attorneys also assist with providing clients pertinent information regarding legal updates, provide oversight on their attorneys' cases and are a subject expert for their state. She has almost 20 years of experience in the area of creditor's rights, encompassing residential and commercial foreclosure, bankruptcy, and real estate litigation. Melissa is a contributor to the MDK Regional Quarterly, a publication that highlights insights and opinions into legal issues.
