Karina Velter

Karina Velter is an attorney in the firm's Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office. Her primary focus is in the representation of mortgage lenders, banks, and other financial institutions in all aspects of Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy proceedings. Karina is a contributor to the MDK Regional Quarterly, a publication that highlights insights and opinions into legal issues. She earned her JD degree from New York Law School in 2004. After law school, Karina gained several years of valuable civil litigation experience before starting her career in the creditors' rights industry. During the last eight years, Karina has represented banks and other financial institutions in all aspects of the creditor-side bankruptcy process, including litigation. She is admitted to practice in all Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the Federal District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, all New Jersey State Courts, as well as the Federal District and Bankruptcy Courts for the District of New Jersey.
