Keith Levy

Keith Levy is the managing attorney for Illinois and in this role effectively manages a caseload and individual attorneys. MDK's managing attorneys also assist with providing our clients pertinent information regarding legal updates, provide oversight on their attorneys' cases and are a subject expert for their state. He began his career in the Cook County Circuit Court, Chancery Division where he worked as a Law Clerk for two years. Since then, Keith has focused on representing mortgage lenders and services in all aspects of mortgage foreclosure proceedings, bankruptcy, complex commercial litigation, commercial leases, construction finance, construction litigation, real estate litigation, mortgage foreclosures, creditor's rights, and tax deed litigation. Keith is a contributor to the MDK Regional Quarterly, a publication that highlights insights and opinions into legal issues.
