John R. Cummins

John Cummins is a member of the firm's Cincinnati office. John has more than 30 years of experience representing creditors. He regularly represents banks, credit unions, financial institutions, and mortgage servicing agents in connection with the repossession, sale, and divestiture of assets, including foreclosure, replevin, attachment, and collection suits. John has spoken on creditors' rights topics such as the FDCPA and foreclosure alternatives. He has been recognized by Martindale Hubbell as a BV Peer Review Rated lawyer.
