Edward H. Cahill

Ted Cahill is the managing attorney for the bankruptcy practice across all five states and in this role effectively manages a caseload and individual attorneys. MDK's managing attorneys also assist with providing our clients pertinent information regarding legal updates, provide oversight on their attorneys' cases and are a subject expert for their state. He also defends clients at both the trial and appellate level. Ted is a contributor to the MDK Regional Quarterly, a publication that highlights insights and opinions into legal issues. Ted is admitted to practice in Ohio state courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio and Indiana, the United States Bankruptcy Courts of Northern and Southern District of Ohio and Indiana, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
